PAYMENT
A $249.50 deposit reserves the event date and is non-refundable. The remaining $249.50 package balance is due six days before the event. Applicable travel charges are collected with the deposit.

These policies help us arrive prepared, protect your event time, and keep every Black Pepper Photo experience running smoothly.
RESCHEDULING
One reschedule is complimentary when requested at least 14 days before the event, subject to availability. Changes requested fewer than 14 days before the event carry a $75 rescheduling fee.
OVERTIME
The Signature includes three service hours. Additional time is $150 per hour and is subject to booth and attendant availability.
VENUE REQUIREMENTS
The client must provide reliable venue Wi-Fi, electrical power, a safe and suitable booth space, and timely access for setup and breakdown. Delays in venue access do not extend the booked service time.
OUTDOOR EVENTS
Outdoor placement requires advance approval and adequate protection from rain, wind, extreme temperatures, and direct weather exposure. We may relocate or pause service when conditions could harm guests, staff, or equipment.
EQUIPMENT
The client is responsible for damage caused by the client, attendees, venue staff, or event vendors through misuse, negligence, or unsafe behavior.
